Simple Servlet Example Please

I'm looking for a simple servlet example to learn from. All I would like to see is an HTML form with a single text field and a submit button. On Submit, the servlet email s the contents of that text field to a defined email address. If anybody has some code I could view, it would be appreciated. And the key here is simple, I'm not looking for exeption handling or anything, but a simple mail form servlet. Thanks!
