Hi potential friends!
I've never been here before but found this group through a keyword search at Google. Anyway......
I have a client that needs to work from home using the Raptor Mobile Client 5.x over a cable modem connection. The VPN works perfectly when the client's machine is directly connected to the cable modem.
However, we have a LinkSys 4 port firewall/router installed and we want to use it. When we plug the client into the router there is no longer any connectivity to the VPN. We do get an error message after some time though.
This leads me to suspect that there are certain specific ports that the Raptor Mobile client needs to work. Anyone have any ideas on what ports need to be opened?
I have fairly extensive experience with firewalls & IP so I know what needs to be done but I am not at all familiar with the Raptor Mobile 5.x software.
Best & Thanks in Advance!
