1. customer wants to add a local PRI, but I see only a fractional T1 is supported, with channels 9-24 used for voice. Is that it? no PRI??

2. same customer wants some sort of ACD. To distribute calls among various agents. I can not see anything like this in the book. Maybe I am blind, any ideas?
