I ask because I saw the item statistics outbound call on of the support documents..
I would only need to statistical outgoing calls ..
duration
number of calls
performance

I do not need automatic calls outbound

well technically, you can see number of outbound external calls, but its really meant for incoming calls to agents (inbound call centre vs outbound).

Depending on what you need, you could probably make a custom report in R8.

In the standard reports you get see how many calls made, and a details reports will show all calls made by an agent.

what I need is:
number of outgoing calls made
call times

all this for individual agents

yes, its called the Chronicall Report. You wont find it in CCR however!

...Simple but in Chronicall language Italian missing...
however, one question about Chronicall, how to connect of ip office?
what licenses do you need?
For CCR are you need:
Preferred Edition
Advanced Edition (1 supervisor 1 wallboard)
Customer Service Agent License

Chronicall no IPO licences.
Uses Monitor port.

only downside is their realtime licences are applied to the software and not in the IPO and are not concurrent. So, if you have 100 agents but only 5 logged in on shifts, you still need 100 realtime agent licences!

so in my case I have:
20 agents
1 supervisor
1 wallboard
22 licenses should I calculate real-time?
it is true that it is only in English language?

It is, but your names will be in the relevant language and the numbers wont matter!

P.S - there are no supervisor and WB licences, you can have unlimited wallboards and supervisors.
