Hi,

Is it possible to transfer autocomplete information saved in Internet Explorer 6 from one PC to another? Or, is it possible to save/export autocomplete information then load/import it on another pc. We use an online despatch program, and all the names and addresses are saved in autocomplete. This PC is to be changed and I don't want to loose this information. I can't do a Ghost as it's going to be different hardware and op system.

Many thanks.

Autocomplete information is stored in the registry.
If you run REGEDIT and search for TypedURLs, you will find (at least) 2 keys. They can be marked and exported to .REG files which can be moved to another computer and imported there by double clicking the files. However, if you already have autocomplete-information in that computer, it will probably be overwritten.
