Hi

I have been using both Firefox and Internet Explorer for a long time.

I always used Fire Fox as my default browser.

Now since Internet Explorer updated I would like to set it as default, so that when I click on a link someplace it will be the one that opens instead do Firefox.

Look as I might I just can't find a place to tell it that it is the default browser.

Anyone know where it's at?

Mike

The easiest place is Control Panel, Add & Remove Programs, Set Program Access & Defaults. Or simply, Start, Set Program Access & Defaults if you have it there.

Hi smag.

Thanks for the info.
That worked.
In all the years I've been using Windows I never clicked on that icon before.

Live and learn.
