Hi guys,

We have 7 BCMs setup across North America. One BCM450 in Chicago is not using it's 2 ICC Skillset Keycode. One BCM 400 in New York needs 2 ICC Skillsets. Can I get the vendor to transfer the keycode from one system to another since it is the same purchaser?

I am thinking not since what little I know about them, I think most keycodes go off the ID of the individual system but thought I would check.

Any help would be great! Thanks!

Unfortunately it's not possible on Bcm400.They allow you to move keycodes from Bcm50 to Bcm50 and from Bcm450 to Bcm450(has to be release 5 or higher).

Here's some notes from the planning and engineering guide;

You can credit and securely transfer some keycode feature entitlements from
one BCM to another BCM. You must remove feature authorization codes from
one system before you can credit, or apply, those feature authorization codes
to a different system. You must also set up a customer feature entitlement
inventory pool before you can use this feature. This feature is only supported
on BCM systems running BCM 5.0 software.
Before you can actively credit and transfer any feature entitlements, you must
contact your channel partner to complete the BCM Customer Feature
Entitlement Pool Registration form to create a feature entitlement inventory
pool for your BCM systems.
