Simple question about email forwarding

How do you do a simple mail forwarding in qmail

I have this directoy

/home/vpopmail/domains/simple.com/nitro/

I am trying to forward every email from nitro@simple.com

to another email address like for an example

service@rogers.com

how can this be done

I am kinda slow can somebody explain to me step by step
