Simple QOS configuration help

I'm trying to simply allow all traffic to a specific destination have precedence over all other traffic on a Cisco 7200 router. I have never used QOS and quit frankly find a lot of the material on the web overwhelming. What would be the simplest way I could implement a policy map to make this happen? Thanks for your help!

Probably the fastest way is just to use "priority queueing". This will allow traffic you specify as high priority to be sent out from the router ahead of any other traffic.
