Simple one form an amature

On our test bed NT4 server, I have set-up a virtual directory called "asp-bin" in the following root "inetpub\scripts\asp-bin" the folder holds a couple .inc files. WHen I access these files using "#include virtual="asp-bin/xxxx.inc" when the site is a sub-web hanging off our main domain it works fine. However, when I map new domain name address to the site, so it's accessed under a different name, the virtual folder (and its contetns) cannot be found but stil works if I obmit the name doamin name I've mapped.

I know I am doing something obviously worng, it's on the tip of my tounge but I just can't crack it. Anyone know how to make that virtual directory accessible from multiple domain names???
