Simple Newbie Question on VB6 Settings

I was wondering if someone can tell me where (if possible) I can go to change the default measurements from twips to pixels. I know you have the ability in an objects properties to change the scalemode, but is it possible to globally change all of the measurements in VB (mainly Height, Width, Top, Left.)

I don't know about the rest but you could....

Make a form.
Set it up to pixels
Save it in the template directry
THen when ever u go to add form use dat one. Brad,
