Hello!
First of all you have to change the textboxe's behavoiour:
from dynamic to static text boxes...and then check "Selectable" button from the proprieties panel off the text boxes and now everything should be fine! Regards,
Dragos.

Thanks Bubu! I can't believe that bit about the dynamic text boxes. I didn't create this fla. Somebody sent it to me and asked why it wasn't working..

I changed it back to static text but I can't seem to find any button in the properties panel that's labeled: "Selectable." Thanks.

What Flash are you using?
If you are using MX the button is the third one in the left side of the radio button labeled "Use Device Fonts"...it has some letters on it : "Ab". Regards,
Dragos.

Thanks. I got it. Just out of curiosity, what did that selectable button do? I didn't really notice any changes.. It seemed to be working fine simply by changing to static text...

You could of left the text to dynamic and simply embed the font used. In Mx, select the textfield, hit the Character tab in the properties and select "Embed All...". You don't need to select "selectable", that is only to make the text selectable for the user who wants to copy it! It has nothing to do with your problem. Regards,
