Simple linking question

I have a table / form that allows to add surname and first name....how do i link this to another table so that the first name and surname match up in one field on that table as a full name.

For example
One form says
Surname:__________( the user puts surname in)
First Name:_______(the user puts firstname in)

then i want this to link and show there full name in another table.

Eg.
Full Name___________ (the users surname and first name put together to make their whole name)

Create a query and add a field FullName:[Surname] & ' ' & [First Name] (or similar).

You can now join this query to your target table using the new field.
