the problem is that this code sits in a frame and when when I use netscape 4.79 to click on the image, e.g, online or leave message
it dosn't open in netscape 4.79, although it works fine in i.e. 5.x +

i'm looking for an alternate way to code the above, to see if there is another way that netscape 4.79 will like better

everything i do is in dreamweaver mx

and click on the little girl image in the upper left hand corner, this is the java script that dynamically displays 1 of 2 images for the purpose of providing customer support, e.g., online image, offline image, etc.
