I would like to convert each line
R,34343,23,3,"3,4",
R,34343,23,4,"3,4",
R,34343,23,3,"4,3",
to
1,R,34343,23,3,"3,4",
2,R,34343,23,4,"3,4",
3,R,34343,23,3,"4,3",

I'm a NOOB with AWK. Thanks!
