Simple(?) IE5.5 and FTP question 1

When I access my FTP server, I'm not granted access. I checked the log, and it says I'm trying to log in as anonymous, even though in IE5.5 under "Tools, Options, Security, Internet Zone, User Authentication" I have "Prompt for User Name and Password" specified.
How do I tell IE to use my user name and password for my FTP Server(G6)?

The easiest way is to logon like this:
usernameassword@ftp.yoursitename.com
Just type it in the address bar. Cheers,
