I have a post nuke site. I cant figure out which darn PHP file has all the html stuff in it like headers and body and so on so I can add this line

All so it will automatically open a new window for me on every link people click.
Anyone know if there is a simple file that is like the basic index.html file I could use to add sound clips or do whatever without using the post nuke administration screen. I want to be able to add some code to my site manually...
