simple GB, with major problem

Can anyone have a look at the following site:

http://130.240.201.142/~users/crash/gb.asp

and see what is wrong, if you try to add something it doesn't show, but the file in which the entries are saved are updated!
How come this??

I don't think my server is the problem, cause the information is saved to the file:

Yeah, I'm sure... sorry for the trouble, reinstalled my system today!! It should work now.. though ASP is not installed at the moment, will do so any minute My codes look like something a kid wrote
