simple FTP

ok.... im a beginner on the road to trying to admin a remote site on a server. i have all my ftp information... but how do i setup frontpage to like... connect to the server so i can view the files and what not?
id look in frontpage help but it conveniantly stopped working the second i needed it.

Before you can open the site with FrontPage the server will need to have FrontPage extensions installed on it.

If the server does have the extensions installed you would open your site like this:

File > Open web

Type in the URL of the site: >

http://www.yoursitename.com

You should see all of your files and folders.
