Simple Documentation for Database Inter-relations? 1

I just want to see what tables are used in what queries in what forms/reports.

I just want to easily see what is used where and if there are unused pieces in the DB or others that could be combined.

What is the easiest way?

Another question:

How can I find orphaned code? Meaning code for a form control where the control has been deleted, but not the code?
