Simple CTI

We are using Symposium 4.2 with Nortel Meridian. What I am after is a simple CTI package that would allow callers to enter their ID number and have that number passed to the agent either via a screen pop or database search. Is there any basic kit out there I can experiment with.

I think you could do this through Symposium scripts. I am looking at screen pop setups for my Symposium suite right now and everything I have read looks like what you are asking.

Do you have the scripting guide for the MEridian 1. It has examples that may answer your questions under the Host Data Exchange Section
