Simple Combo Box Question

I know that it is possible to link the value selected in a combo box to the sell that it is on top of to then do further calcs depending upon user selection. What I am wondering is if I can set it up that it recognizes the cell it is located over and can I lock it to that cell.

If this doesn't make any sense just let me know and I will explain further. I am trying to prevent myself from having to re-link another 100 combo boxes.
