Simple code routine works for my group but not for 1 user in Chicago

I have a wierd situation. My split app has a user in Chicago (we are in NY) and the app runs fine here for all users, the user in Chi is receiving the following error:

Error-2147221233: The operation failed. An object could not be found

This is on a command button that does a simple DLookup and a db.Execute update query.

Can't confirm, the user is having issues with her pc.
An add record routine that works fine in NY....it is failing there. There is something up with that PC.
