Simple CME config question 2

Hi!

This comes from another memember on our support team:

Using Call Manager Express 12.3(14)T3 / CME 3.3
GUI Version 1.2
Is the "save router config" the only command for backing up the CM Express or is there another utility?

CME is nothing more than a configuration in IOS, so the configuration could be saved via the command-line: copy startup-config tftp. Ideally, you would want to copy the contents of router flash to the tftp server as well, in case you may have some custom ringtones, etc.
