Simple call test -> Error : "Address is out of service" :(

Hi I'm new in IPPhoes programing..

I tryed to launch the makecallsample from Cisco. It work's.

But when I tried to write my own classes simply to phone to an other phone I get a error message :

Address is out of service..

I read that in order to make a call, the address has to be "In Service".
In my programm the two adresse are OUT_OF_SERVICE.

I look at the Cisco tutorial code, but i dont find how to make my address pass in the state IN_Service..

Can someone help me ?

I add a CallObserver to the source and destination address.. it Works.
