3300cxi latest MCD build.
Caller hits the main line, system speed call resolved this to a name tag hunt group (used to re route to vm at night)
During the day this re routes always to a ring group, this works fine, all sets ring.
During the night it plays an office closed message, this also works fine.
Now for the weird bit.

When a caller answers the phone and transfers the call to another user, the first alternative sends it to voicemail. Thats great....but it plays the main line voicemail night message instead of the destination sets.

Mitel have lifted my config and tested, and they think that it is fine, and could be they way the user has setup their voicemail? Any ideas?

My guess is that you used a Nametag group somewhere in the mix.

I've found that once you use a Nametag, the ID of the call is associated with the Nametag even after answering and transfering.

Yes the main line is on a name tag huntgroup, so that it displays Main Line on the display. I'll converto voice and try and again.
I'm finding Nametag Huntgroups to be both useful and equally a pain in the rear.

That worked, strange really. As this is how I setup all simple systems. I have another CXi with exactly the same setup and they haven't reported this issue.

I have run into this issue anytime I've used a nametag to access an Auto-Att mailbox.

I'm going to update the FAQ with this info.

P.S. thanks for the star.
