Simple but annoying! Changing view settings in explorer globally

Does anyone know of a way to change the view setting of the windows explorer to detailed view for all drives/folders without having to do it manually for each one?

From what I can tell, if you set the view the way you want it for a particular folder then goto Tools/Folder Options and select View there should be a button there to Set All Folders like the current.
