When you assign the target line to the extension. There is a window with the target line number. After this you will see an option for appear and ring, ring only and appear only. To the right of this there is a tick box for CLID. If this is ticked and enabled at the network the CLI will appear prior to the handset being lifted. If it is a hunt group it is enabled by default.
