Hi guys,
new to site and looking for hopefully the first of many helpful snippets of advice re the BCM50!!
we have 3 bcm50's over 3 sites, and i'm looking to program them so that on incoming calls, the caller id is displayed on the phone prior to picking up, at the moment it only shows the number once the receiver is picked up.
One of our BCMs is configured for this, but the newer 2 of the 3 are not. I've searched through the element manager but I can't see what it is that needs changing!
