Simple ASP Error, but I don't no its cause!

Please tell me what the ASP Error Code Book says about this error code Or have any idea what it means!
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

It occurs after this URL runs;

The error simply means the object the code tried to create wasn't created for some reason.

couple of possibles are;

The component is not installed on the server or the spelling of the object name is incorrect.

Without the actual code it's impossible to be more specific

If you post the first 10 lines of incl.asp and the code of default.asp up to including incl.asp, it might help.
