I have a number on an extension in my pbx. This number needs to only go to voicemail after 5:30 pm to 7 am. Do I have to build a queue for this dn to make it an ACD dn that will NCFW to my voice mail main number. Also, do the timers have to be set in LD 15 under NIT TIM1, 2, 3, etc.? If I set any timers there, what else will that effect?
We have timers set already for our system but not in LD 15. I believe they are set via Avaya MM.

You can use Call Redirection by Time of Day which is setup in LD 15 and allowed per set by CLS items RBDA and RTDA.

You set the time and day parameters in LD 15 under RDR_DATA then allow the fetaure on a per set basis. Whatever set the number is MARPed on will be the set you allow the feature on.

Send the number direct to voice mail, then build options in there to send it where you need to based on the time. This will vary on how you do it based on if you have call pilot or Mer Mail

First let me say thanks for the info telebub and trvlr1...I only wish I had Call Pilot or MerMail! Unfortunately I don't, I have Avaya Modular Messaging. Had I had either of those two options I wouldn't be posting this question, as I am well aware of how to do it with those voice mail systems. But it looks like this is who I have brought to the dance, so let's dance!
I will try the steps given by telebub at this point, but thanks for all tips trvlr1 as well.
