SIMPHONY ver 19 KDS ALERT SETUP

Hi guys am using simphony version 19.3.4 and have set up the kds which is working however I cnt get it to show alert after a given period by changing the color. now initially before we upgraded to 19 we used 18 and it was working.

Any Ideas why this happened or how to solve it. Thanks
