Simphony Reference Entry Problem

When we started checks under res3700, when the server hit the order type it would call "Phone Number, Last name, First Name, Time" etc. We have different buttons for different orders. We are setting this up in Simphony, but when it calls those items, the reference entry blocks you from seeing "what" is being asked for (be it time, phone, car color, etc). Is there something we're missing that would show what the server is supplying info for?

No, unfortunately it takes up the space.
