Simphony Receipts only printing for Fast Transactions

Im sure im missing something blatantly obvious but cant seen to find it.

In my test environment Fast Transactions will print the Customer Receipt.
If I create a check (non fast transaction) or have a Fast Transaction with multiple service rounds then the customer receipt does not print, even if i press the "Print Receipt" button.

Any ideas?

Have you checked the actual button what is linked to? Just a random one.
Also check the Employee Class option bits
