Simphony ISL Trailer Event not firing, what could be the issue?

• ISL is enabled, an infomessage in event INIT is showing.
• First line in event print_trailer is infomessagebox which is not showing.
• Guest Check Trailer consists of @@.... entry
• no overrides in RVCs

Same ISL works on another environment.

I think the Tender or Service Total you are using need to be configured to print the check trailer in order for the event to be fired.
