Simphony extension application - Room info not available during OpsTmedEvent

Our Simphony Extension application(dll) uses the OpsTmedEvent (event before final tender) to retrieve some check information, forward them to another system and prevent the final tender event from executing in some cases. 
The problem is that PMS's room information are not yet available on the check during this event. Room information are saved later on the check by Micros' extensions MF_ENH.isl & McrsExtDialogsML.dll.
We have seen that on OpsFinalTenderEvent these data are available but we would like to have this information available earlier on OpsTmedEvent.
Is there any way we could achieve that? Is there another extension provided by oracle that retrieves pms information and save it earlier on the check?

To address this, you may want to consider implementing a customer connection in your Simphony Extension application. A customer connection allows for real-time data exchange between your application and the PMS system. This way, you can retrieve the necessary room information from the PMS system and have it available earlier in the process, including during the OpsTmedEvent.
