Simphony/9700 Micros. Performing a service total via SIM??

I'm looking for a way to perform a service total via SIM.

I could call the SEND tender media but id like to make the SIM generic so that it doesn't need to know what the SEND tender media number is.

Any ideas?

I have come to the conclusion that this is not possible. After programming it to SEND via a keyboard macro i have com across another issue.

I cannot execute a keyboard macro after the send one due to the fact that the employee is now signed out after the send is fired.

I know i can configure the employee to be a stay down employee but that is not possible for what im looking for.

Im trying to do the following:

1) Employee enters table number.
2) Send current table via keyboard macro.
3) Automatically open table that employee entered in step 1 and have the workstation signed in and table open.

Is this possible?
