We opened a high volume restaurant the first week of October, running Oracle Micros Simphony on 25 workstation 6's (2 x 650s and 23 x 610s). The 610s which have an Intel Atom processor @1.74GHz, 4GB memory & 64 bit OS, running Windows 10 iOT Enterprise.
We are having major issues with these 610 workstations freezing up everyday, sometimes 4-5 times/day, starting on October 11th. We are not sure whether or not it is a coincidence, but the Windows Update KB4042895 hit the morning of October 11.
We have turned off any program that would have high CPU usage, antivirus, firewalls, etc and we are trying to figure out what may be causing these lock ups.
Any suggestions? Anyone else having this issue?
