Simphony 2.7 MR5 Mymicros login error (Username, company, password not correct) db Oracle 11g

Hi guys,

I have installed Simphony 2.7.5 on Oracle 11g but cannot login to the mymicros reporting page. I get this message when I attempt to login "Username, Company and/or Password not correct." I have also attached the error.

I have verified that the user and password exist in the core.user table and the organization exists in the core.organisation table. Also, I have enabled the users to access mymicros portal in EMC.

On the wrapper.log, there isn't any error that registers when I try to login to mymicros.

Any hints or pointers to what I might be missing?

Also, when accessing the portal from a client machine using Mozilla, it prompts me to downlaod latest Java, which I do but it doesn't login and the download prompt pops again.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

you should go to your local host.

returns this message... "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Getting same message even with that port number.

Re-installation of the reporting databases solved the issue. Thanks.
