I have a co-worker that is setting up a new Micros PC as the previous one went offline. These are virtual machine setups. When trying to start up SAR OPs he is getting the screen freeze on Initializing Communications. Then he has a Communication Error window pop-up with a message that says 'Unable to contact host PC'. Please help me help my co-worker find what may be causing this issue. Thank you in advance.
