Trying to add a KDS to implementation. I have the controller installed on one of the WS610 and it is showing green OK in the KDS Status view. The associated KDS is showing red/down. I can use internet explorer to hit the gateway service for both the App Server and WS610 with the controller. I have menu items set up with new menu item class. The item class I have two order devices one is a printer and that is working, the other is the KDS and nothing is happening. Not sure if there are log files that may be helpful to look at. If someone can guide me toward debugging steps it would be greatly appreciated.
