Similar to VNC

Hi

I am running AIX 4.3.3 and I would like to monitor a aix console from windows PC. I tired vnc, but vnc creates a new session. What I want to do is, to monitor what a user doing remotely. Does anyone know of the software which does that

I think this is not the answer for your query. Just a point. Use "Audit" facility of AIX. But I am sure that you'll be tired to monitor all the events.
