Good evening all,

Question : Where can I purchase a Siemons Cat5e 1-Pair , 110 to 110 Patch Cable without the 2nd 110 end.

I want to patch into the 110 frame with a 1-Pair adapter and the other end I want to connect a CAT 5 or 6 modular jack so that I can plug right into the frame on the 110 side and on the modular jack side plug in a phone for testing purposes.

I have a picture but I can not seem to post it , but the thin long 1-pair adapter only has SIEMONS on the side of it with no serial numbers to trace.

Does anyone know what I am speaking of?
If so , where would I be able to get me some? They would be a great benefit to us as we start to test and roll out phones.

Thanks,

Eric

The adapter that I have is a has a long neck like a Giraffe
It was given to me by a Black Box tech but it has no markings.
It does not look like the one you showed me.

I have a cable that has a single latching 110 connector on the end and crimped rings on the conductors on the other end that I got from Black Box (left here) - they tend to leave them behind with new installs. I also have a nice one that goes over a single pair of lugs on a 66 block and provides a modular jack. Those I have ordered before but I have never ordered those cables. As a matter of fact I just looked in my dumpster drawer and there is one in there. It has a sticker on it that says AT-8662 - it has a metal squeeze 110 connector on it and one side has a red dot and the other black, to match the colors of the conductors with the rings on...

Here is a link I quick grabbed

Donb01, thanks.

Looks like you have a junk drawer just like I do.
I dont like to throw away connectors and cables - one always winds up using it later on.

Thanks again and I will check out the site you sent me.
