Hi People

Please can someone tell me whether there is a way of reprogramming the chips that are initially inside a new Xerox printer?

I'm sure you guys know that an 8400B is exactly the same as the N except for the sim card that disables the network card.

I want to know whether it's possible to reprogramme the chip rather than having to buy a replacement chip from Xerox at a ridiculous price.
