Silly Me - Pix access for specific IP addressess

I need to allow access to 2 hosts (terminal services only)to a person from the outside with static IP's. I have the VPN configured and it works great for everyone with Cisco client software except for this one person - For some reason his connection is super painfully slow. It has been so long that I just don't remember how to create access to a specific host from a specific host. While I figure out why his conection is so slow I need to let him in to work.

Any help would be just swell thanks

access-list <name> permit tcp host <src> host <dest> eq 3389
