Is there a way on the call pilot 150 to disable silicon sally?

When callers are calling in after hours it prompts them after the greetng "if you know the persons first name please enter it now"
or can it be changed to her saying if you know the persons last name please enter it now.
cause the names are entered last name then the first name.

You cannot change what Sally says, but to record your own prompts following the AA greeting, disable Touchtone Gate.

With Touchtone Gate incoming calls can be routed more quickly.

With Touchtone Gate you can have the standard voice prompt play or you can record your own custom prompt. If you choose the standard prompt, the following prompt plays after your company greeting: “If you are calling from a tone dial telephone, please press / now. If you are a pulse
dialing caller or if you are calling from a rotary dial phone, please hold and you will be transferred.”

If you disable Touchtone Gate, re-record the Company Greeting to include “If you are calling from
a tone dial telephone, please dial the extension number or press £ for the Company Directory. If
not, please hold and you will be transferred to the operator.”

Or you can go into F983 log in and press the number 4( i think it's 4, it may be 6) and set the directory to match "Both" This will change the prompt to say "please dial the person's name" and allow the customers to enter either 1st or last name of the party they are looking for.

Or you can do is this. Go to Tables, select the table you are using.. AA MENU PROMPT: NO, record a primary greeting as dead air, then accept prompt, rec alt:no, then hit * and make sure AA Menu Prompt still says no.
