Hello
Customer has MICS 6.1 w/CP 100, they have a hunt group set up to receive incoming calls and would like to have the ability to listen in on calls. Sounds like Silent Monitor would work but would like to know if Call Center is required to make this work. They are also talking about the ability to record calls at some point so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Tom

System monitor works great but does not require call center . Don't know about recording all calls

To record with Callpilot there is an announcement made that the call is recorded as well you must enter the record feature 987 every call.
To record all calls automatically with no announcements then an Algo 4102 Digital AuxBox would be the choice, this is just for that DN/EXT.
If you need several users then you could go with a rackmount system and server that an admin can listen to recordings from anyone.
