Silent Monitor?

we have a call center on a callpilot 150 we would like to be able to silent monitor the steps should be going into the capabilities of the user and changing them to supervisor the feature code is 905 enter the DN is there anything in these steps i am missing.
 
All the steps you done seems ok,But if it is the same as the bcm 50 You should enter the agent number then you get option to observe or join.
