If I build a hunt group and set up silent monitor for a supervisor phone, can he monintor outgoing calls also? Do I have to designate the outgoing lines as part of the hunt group?
You can only monitor calls that come into the hunt group.
If an outbound call is made from a HG extension, a HG call is transfered outside of the HG, or if a non HG call is answered at an extension, you will not be able to monitor the call/extension.
