Silent Monitor through DID's

How do I activate "Silent Monitor" Without hunt groups on a BCM 3.7?
Customer has PRI with DID's for sales staff; that they wish to monitor --- No AA being used.

Since its part of Hunt Groups or Call Center then Call Center is the answer.

Thank you curlycord but the underlined word was WITHOUT.. Call Center is not an option with this customer.
Customer has DID's direct to Ext. Via a PRI ... what is the answer I seak?

***************************************************************************************************************************Plain and simple if I try to put each "Targ.Line" in a "Hunt group" then add the "Intended user (ext.)" + "the supervisor (x2 for now)" as groupies ... (X 20+ users / DID's over PRI) Then if the VM is not set below the Transfer to VM and the Hunt continues then the Supervisor gets the call; for all DID Calls ((If set to Private wouldn't be able to moitor)
-any Suggestions???

nothing you can do with the unit itself without Hunt or ACD. You'll need some type of third party device. Take a look at ALGO they make items like that.

I agree, Dees CM30 as Algo for recording only I think?
